I was wondering, as I was taking these photo's the button on the top of my camera was set on auto. Is this the setting it should be on? My display said it was on the macro setting, but I didn't know where the top button needed to be set.

Aleigh & Kasey
These are macro pictures of my two cats. The gray cat is Kasey and the white cat is Aleigh. I was worried that the photos would be blurry since the cats do not sit still. But they came out nice. The giraffe in the center is a statue that I have. I collect giraffes. The giraffe photo, I took with my camera on the super macro setting which is for 2cm or less.

Nice job and good pictures of your cats. I put a picture of my cat in my collage too....I guess they make good targets!

ReplyDeletecats make great subjects. i have one too. they are irresistable. there is a website called lolcats. funny pics. so flowers and cats seem to be prevailing subject matter. it is spring!
ReplyDeleteYes your settings sound fine. With my PowerShot I prefer good light for taking macro shots so I have the flash off too. Hold your button down halfway and then you'll get the focus box, focus and shoot!
